Cooking Time: 10 - 15 minutes

Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 12 slices of bacon
- 4 to 4 large mushrooms
- 8 breakfast sausages
- 4 tomatoes, halved
- Oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Remove the centre and 1 side grill and replace with triple large grill hotplate and side hotplate, smooth side up.
- Preheat your barbeque using all burners on HIGH, hood closed until the temperature reaches 200ºC.
- Open the hood turn all burners down to LOW. Adjust burners while cooking to just maintain a sizzle.
- Place the bacon on the hotplate and the sausages on the grill, keep turning as required.
- After 6 minutes place the tomatoes and mushrooms on the grill for a further 4 minutes.
- After another 4 minutes turn the tomatoes and mushrooms over, lightly oil the hotplate, add the eggs and cook to your liking.
